A high-pressure dispersion system featuring a PCB-based control system for enhanced user convenience. It allows for precise pressure and flow rate adjustment through motor speed control. With its compact, portable design, this unit is ideal for a wide range of R&D and laboratory purposes.
Designed for high-capacity production, this system is equipped with integrated hydraulic and cooling systems to support continuous, long-term operation. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, it is widely used for emulsification, dispersion, and disruption in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronic material industries.
A high-performance system engineered to achieve precise concentration uniformity and homogenization through processes such as cell disruption, atomization, emulsification, and liposome formation. This industrial-scale equipment is applied across the entire spectrum of the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors for advanced emulsification and dispersion tasks.
Chambers are categorized into Z-Type and Y-Type based on the processing objectives. The Z-Type is ideal for suspension processes involving the dispersion and grinding of powders into liquids, commonly applied to materials such as CNT and Aluminum. The Y-Type is designed for emulsion processes that require liquid-to-liquid dispersion and grinding, utilized in mixing applications such as milk or water-and-oil solutions.
By integrating a Back-Flushing System, the chamber can be cleaned quickly and conveniently even if clogging occurs during operation.
The system is engineered to minimize thermal impact immediately after the sample passes through the chamber, effectively preventing heat-induced damage to sensitive samples.
Full casing on piping lines (excl. inlet) ensures user safety during high-pressure operation.
The internal chamber pressure can be precisely adjusted to meet specific process conditions through advanced hydraulic unit control.
The open-structure design allows users to monitor water usage levels more accurately and conveniently at a glance.
